Mindful Yoga
Our FREE yoga classes are specifically designed to help heal your heart; give emotional support and comfort; and build spiritual strength while releasing the physical tension of grief. Facilitated by licensed yoga instructors, focused on healing and breathing. These classes are free of charge and opened to the public, so come join us and bring a friend! No previous yoga experience or flexibility required.
